WHAT IS INCLUDED IN OUR kitten vaccine package:

  • A Physical Exam by Dr. Phillip H. Wilson.
  • A Fecal Float Test which is used to detect internal parasites that can carry/transfer diseases and can move from cats to people causing similar symptoms. Parasitic infestations can be fatal.
  • Your kitten will be sent home with the initial dewormer (included in the package).
  • A Rabies vaccine which prevents your pet from contracting the rabies virus which can be fatal to both owner and pet.
  • A FeLV/FIV Combo Test is required before administering the annual vaccine. Feline Leukemia Virus (FeLV) and Feline Immunodeficiency Virus (FIV) are highly contagious and can be transmitted from cat to cat. These viruses are associated with severe illness and can be fatal, affecting more cats than any other diseases.
  • An FVRCP vaccine which helps prevent diseases caused by several key viruses: feline leukemia, rhinotracheitis, calici, and panleukopenia. Additionally, it aids in reducing the severity of disease due to feline Chlamydia psittaci.

  • Comprehensive Bloodwork is recommended as an optional addition to your pet's annual exam. Since the signs of illness are not always obvious, preventive screening can detect diseases before they become serious. This proactive approach helps avoid significant medical expenses and potential risks to your pet's health, ensuring they remain in optimal condition.
